Why does my company need a locally resident director?+

Singapore's Companies Act requires every company to have at least one director who is ordinarily resident in Singapore. JAS can provide a qualified resident/nominee director so your entity meets this requirement from incorporation.

Can you set everything up before we have staff on the ground?+

Yes. Incorporation, registered office, accounting, tax, payroll and pass applications can all be administered by JAS while you build your presence — many clients operate this way for some time.

How long does incorporation take?+

Once name approval, KYC and the required documents are in order, incorporation with ACRA is typically completed within a few business days.
